The hotel is different with a combination of old and modern style. Rooms here are an exercise in balance, with both modern and classic flair. Expect to see eye-catching -- yet restrained -- details like rear-lit sketches of plants, abundant nail-head accents, and vintage-inspired furniture. While most rooms eschew the overtly elegant style found in the hotel's common areas, a few suites are available with gilded ceilings and four-poster beds. Otherwise, beds are a mix of kings and queens with gold-embroidered pillowcases underneath room-width white leather headboards.

We received the worst service at breakfast had to wait an hour to place our order and then waited to receive it and then couldn’t get the bill when we were in a rush. Ultimately we complain to the manager and he gave us a complementary breakfast but it left a very bad taste in our mouth‘s about the whole experience of staying at the hotel. Very unfortunate Since we really did think it was a lovely property. Great location, very nice and friendly staff, one of the staff called "Reyes" was so kind and gave me a tour in the hotel while explaining the history of the building, I appreciate this a lot!

Like the buildings in this original district, the Cotton House Hotel has an interior patio garden. Of particular note are La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, both the work of Gaudí, Barcelona’s most universal architect (they are a 10-minute walk from the hotel). Not forgetting the Sagrada Familia, a 20-minute walk away. Location is great, the hotel itself amazing, nice balcony, great pool, good breakfast and lovely stuff. Friendly and familiar service but an extremely professional team.
An atelier is located just off the library and a tailor is available to create custom dress shirts. There’s also laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe shine service. Public parking lots and street parking are nearby, but the hotel does provide pricey valet service. The front desk staff and Concierge were excellent. Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant were a nightmare.
