This is challenging because of the real-time performance and reliability constraints for AV runtime. Typically, in most enterprise AI solutions, deployed AI models run inference within a DL framework’s runtime environment (like TFRT, PyTorch-jit), which manages scheduling and execution of inference. For AVs, such DL framework runtimes cannot be deployed directly due to reliability and performance issues.
